We offer $6 flat rate shipping via USPS for most orders shipped in the continental USA.
Do you provide International delivery?
We are thrilled to have visitors to our shop from around the globe. Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to the continental United States. Check back with us or
subscribe to our newsletter to find out when we will offer international shipping.
How do I track my order?
You will be able to track your order via USPS using the tracking number provided in your
shipping confirmation email.
If you supply Gypsi with the wrong address or need to contact the shipper for any other reason,
please call USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777.
By subscribing to our email alert service, you agree to receive promotional and order-related email communication from the Gypsi, in varying frequency, which you may cancel at any time.
Though website traffic and user engagement are monitored and recorded, we will not knowingly sell, lend, or otherwise give out customers' private information to 3rd-party entities, except were prohibited by law or if explicit customer consent is given.

Gypsi on Jefferson accepts returns on new items
within 14 days of delivery.
Items may be returned for a full refund, store credit or may be exchanged. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
Shipping fees on returned items are non-refundable. Gypsi will pay to ship the exchanged item to the buyer.
Returned items must be in new condition and have all original tags and accessories attached (including removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.).
Final sale items are NOT eligible for return or credit.

Gypsi on Jefferson inspects all returns and exchanges and reserves the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the condition of the returned merchandise.
Items returned without tags or all original accessories or items that appear worn are subject to denial, store credit, or a 20-50% restocking fee. Gypsi on Jefferson is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.
